Lemonade AKA dzzFood

The sun is away today...but the weather is great, in a different way, but still great...it is raining from time to time and the air is so-so fresh. Maybe because I had a lot for dinner, or because I am somewhat tired, I feel like drinking something fresh now. I just drank a glass of water and a cup of tea: none satisfied my thirst. So, I decided to use some "psychological methods" to deal with my thirst... I decided to write about a nice and refreshing lemonade. It is made of fresh lemons, some sugar, and water.
Even the look at it satisfies my current endless thirst...It also reminds me of the great time we had at my  friend's housewarming party making and drinking lemonade, cooking and eating home-made food and having a girl-chat...What a joy...

I bet you want to drink now...so go ahead, buy 3 lemons and make yourself a lemonade. It will make your day full of local sun, when and if the real "global" sun is hidden somewhere...and comments are needless if you have the global sun shining brightly for you...enjoy your lemonade!

To make a 1 liter jar:
3 lemons
1 lemon rind pilled in large pieces
4 tbsp sugar
1 liter water

Boil 100 ml of water. Add sugar and lemon rind in the boiling water. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, let it chill. When syrup is cold, squeeze in 3 lemons and add water (around 900 ml). Note, add water slowly, to make sure you reach the desired consistency. Chill the drink in the refrigerator before drinking. Add  ice before serving, if desired.
