Chicken cheese pasta

Oh, I love pasta and Italian food in general! Though pastas and pizzas are meant to "improve your sizes"...they excite my appetite and my body cannot resist the temptation! I will be sharing many recipes of pastas and macaronis, because they are easy to prepare, easy to improvise with and always taste good. Even if you eat it just with some yogurt and cheese it is still ...a masterpiece!

But opinions vary. Once, I wanted to cook pasta for my parents. They looked at me very suspiciously and said "we do not like macaronis." In USSR, there was a special per capita macaronis consumption norm. In other words, there was not much of an alternative to macaronis, which according to my parents were disgusting and were the cause of negative associations with the word "macaroni". Still, I asked them to trust my "cooking skills" and wait for the dinner.

For this pasta, you can use any kind of pasta you like or have. You can even make it with spaghetti or tagliatelle.

To serve 4:
300 gr. pasta
300 gr. chicken breasts
100 gr. bacon (optional)
250 ml. cream (10% fat)
150 gr. cheddar cheese
50 gr. blue cheese (optional)
50-100 gr. cut black olives
1 egg
1 egg white
Red pepper
Black pepper
Garlic and garlic powder
Ginger powder
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Cook pasta according to the package instructions.

Dice chicken into small cubes, add salt, red pepper, garlic powder and ginger. Using a fork, bit a bit the egg white, not much though. Put seasoned chicken cubes in the egg white and stir well.

Heat a frying pan on high heat. Add oil and put the chicken egg mixture on the pan and mix constantly and fast. Do so for some 2-4 minutes or until all pieces are white and soft. Drain the oil by placing chicken cubes on a paper towel.

Fry the bacon without adding oil in the same pan. Grind cheeses. Mix the egg and the remaining yolk from the other egg with cream. Add pepper, salt and smashed (or cut) garlic. Mix in cheeses, ham, olives and chicken.

Drain pasta and return it on mid-low heat, immediately add the mixture. Stir well, let to cook for some 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens a bit.
