This is one of the best salad-snacks I have ever tried. It is traditional and very common in Armenia. Some people prepare it in a form of a salad, some make balls from the mixture, some stuff green peppers with it. I make a smooth paste out of it and serve as a snack to be eaten with toasts or chips, or without anything...
So to make this healthy snack, you need:
200 gr. curd
50 gr. sour-cream
50 gr. cheese (blue cheese or processed cheese)
1/2 clove garlic
3 springs of fresh dill
3 springs of fresh parsley
3 springs of fresh coriander
Red pepper
Black pepper
Salt
Cut greens in small pieces. Smash and cut garlic. Using a hand-blender, blend all the ingredients, including the greens and garlic together. Alternatively you can use garlic powder. Enjoy!
P.S. If you do not have a blender, you can just cut greens and smash garlic into curd and mix it well with sour-cream and cheese using a fork.
