It’s time for me to post something here as well. I tried so many recipes and modified them, I admired the professionalism of some favorite culinary blogs but I think it’s about a time to give my contribution to cooking lovers.
The spring came over here and I got so excited about the billion of opportunities for evergreen recipes.
This one is for cheese crackers. Some weeks ago I saw very nice cookie template form so I bought it but I didn’t want to make something sweet but salty. I started looking for recipes to accommodate to the forms I have but I couldn’t find any so I adopted one. The result –nothing in the plate an hour after it was baked. My friends coming for dinner loved this appetizer with the wonderful red wine from Argentina.
Here’s the recipe:
120gr. white cheese
100gr. yellow cheese
1 tsp. baking soda
200gr. flour
1 egg
50-60gr. butter (melted)
1/2 tsp salt
Put the baking soda into the yogurt, then add the egg, salt, then sip the butter, the flour and finally the cheese, which is gartered. Mix it well, then put the mixture in a posh and fill the forms (this is how I do it). Bake in a preheated oven on 200 C for 15 – 20 min.
This recipe will be very useful for all people who expect guests for dinner but don’t want them immediately on the table. Also these crackers are fantastic for breakfast or afternoon tea.
this one is good! as soon as i get an oven am definitely trying it!!
