Spagetti with vegetables and chicken sauce

It has been a while, actually almost a month, since the last post on dzzFood...I hated myself every single day for not posting...and there could be no excuse, as I was still cooking and baking...but the truth is sometimes baby takes 250% of your time, and there is no time left for what you plan to do...anyway...I am back again, and as there is a lot to post, I should already start...

It turns out I have so much to post that I could not figure out the order, so I decided to start from my favorite food: pasta.
This is one of those, easy and quick dishes...It takes around 15 minutes to prepare and is a great dinner for everyone. So, please, enjoy, and sorry once more for not posting for such a long time!

Cheese Crackers

It’s time for me to post something here as well. I tried so many recipes and modified them, I admired the professionalism of some favorite culinary blogs but I think it’s about a time to give my contribution to cooking lovers.

Chocolate chips cookies

Whole week I was thinking of preparing something sweet, something easy and something delicious, which will make my son very happy. Lately I am thinking of the chocolate chips cookies , which I loved eating during my pregnancy.

Piadina for breakfast!

Here is the angel that hinders my daily posting...by constantly demanding my presence...
So to be able to write, I am simultaneously singing "Jimmy-Jimmy" (Indian song - not my preferred music style but she likes it..)...multitasking as always...

Btw, she is among very few people on planet earth, or better to say the only one, who likes my "beautiful singing". It makes her laugh and stop the pure artistic, manipulative and artificial cry....

So now I can write about my favorite easy-quick-tasty-yummy breakfast snack - piadina with whatever you like! "Jimmy-Jimmy..."...sorry...

Berry curd cake

Why cannot I resist sweets? I don't know, that is my nature...As far as I know, I am not the only one of the kind on planet earth, that is relaxing...

This post is dedicated to all my co-sweet-lovers! You know dear sweet-lovers, I have found the formula...sweet and light cake...this cake is really light and low in calories, especially if you use low-fat curd...and it is really really easy to prepare. I mean, the time from carving for something sweet to ready home-made cake is around 20 minutes.  This is one of the easiest cakes ever!

Vegetarian risotto

We planned to boil rice to serve with vegetables on Maria's housewarming party, among many other dishes.  As I said previously, I was the Chef... you know...And of course, as  I cannot concentrate on one thing at a time, I was multi-tasking...you know cooking, baking, drinking beer, and cutting vegetables...all at once... multi-tasking keeps me full of energy and creates some kind of "drive"...you might think I am crazy...but I love it...anyway...to get back to our risotto...So both of us, nicely forgot about our rice that was boiling in vegetable broth...and so rice, which had less water than it required, was starting to fry raw :) ...if we were late for 5 more minutes, it would have ended up in trash...in our case it ended up on the table and was really tasty.
Trust my "not really a rice person" taste, it was delicious, yummy, tasty, or any other synonym you could find to describe good food.
